My name is Tammie Williams, though most people know me as Mrs. T from TikTok and Instagram. I'm so excited to share my favorite proffee recipes with you.
I'm a very happily married woman, married to my best friend and soulmate for currently over 30+ yrs, he is Mr. D or Dave W. on TikTok. I live in TX with my husband and my critters. I am a Mom, Nana, Aunt, Great Aunt and also a friend.
My proffee journey began alongside my health and wellness journey. As I searched for ways to enjoy delicious coffee while meeting my nutritional goals, I tried countless recipes, products, and coffee brands. Then I discovered what quickly became my favorite coffee—Drag Up Coffee.
I fell in love with the smooth taste and with the incredible variety of flavors and began collecting as many as I could so I could create protein-packed coffee recipes that were both low in calories and absolutely delicious. My goal was simple: create proffees that taste like dessert in a cup—rich, indulgent, and satisfying—without the guilt that often comes with traditional dessert beverages.
The recipes in this book are designed to complement, not disguise, the amazing flavors of Drag Up Coffee. For most recipes, I use Vanilla Nurri Protein Shakes because its neutral flavor Enhances the coffee without overpowering it. Occasionally, you will see Chocolate Nurri, Strawberry Nurri, or other flavored protein shakes used when they better complement a specific coffee flavor. However, in most cases, Vanilla Nurri remains my go-to choice.
Please feel free to customize these recipes to fit your preferences. You may use any protein shake you enjoy, but keep in mind that changing the protein shake may alter the overall flavor profile of the finished proffee.
Likewise, these recipes can easily be adapted to your preferred brewing method. Whether you enjoy espresso, cold brew, hot coffee, or another preparation, simply substitute it for the coffee base listed in the recipe.
If protein shakes are not your thing, feel free to replace them with your favorite milk, creamer, or dairy alternative. The recipes are flexible and designed to work for a variety of tastes and lifestyles.
